About The Founder & CEO

Rita Felleh Arah is a successful entrepreneur, franchise owner, and philanthropist who has made a significant impact in her community.

She was born to Mr. Theophilus Kamara and the late Mrs. Raffiatu Kamara in Sierra Leone, and she came to the United States in 2001 during the war in her home country.


Rita’s entrepreneurial journey started at the Los Angeles South West Business School after which she became a franchise owner of Janiking, a commercial cleaning company, which she successfully expanded to several locations. Her business acumen and dedication have made her a role model for many aspiring entrepreneurs.

Rita is also a professional hair stylist, and she has worked hard to build a successful career in the beauty industry.

In addition to her business success, Rita is also a dedicated philanthropist, and she has made it her mission to help those in need. She is an active member of her community and has worked with various organizations to provide support to those who are less fortunate.

She is especially passionate about women’s empowerment and has been a mentor, where she has mentored many women in business.
Rita’s dedication to humanitarian work has earned her recognition and accolades. She has been honored with the SLAAM Award for Best Humanitarian and the SLAYE Award for her contributions to society. She was also involved in the last election campaign in the United States, where she worked tirelessly to help her candidate win. She has a regular show on Facebook called “Table Talk with Rita Felleh Arah” where she discusses issues and helps to create awareness on various social issues.

Despite her busy schedule, Rita is a loving wife to her husband, Mr. Chris Arah, and a proud mother of three boys, she calls her “three wise men”. Her commitment to her family, community, and business is a testament to her resilience, determination, and hard work. Rita is a true inspiration to many, and her story is a reminder that with hard work, dedication, and perseverance, anything is possible.

My parents are Mr. Theophilus Kamara and the late Mrs. Raffiatu Kamara I came to the United States in 2001 during the war in Sierra Leone I went to Inglewood Adult School and also attended the School of Beauty and I’m happily married to Mr. Chris Arah and by the grace of God a mother of 3 boys. A wife, a businesswoman, and a professional hair stylist who is currently living in Los Angeles. California.
